An incredibly delicious chocolate-banana oat cake – no sugar and no wheat flour! Only a few simple ingredients: natural sweetness from ripe bananas, rich cocoa flavor, and crunchy walnuts on top.
Recipe for cooking and ingredients:
For the cake:
• ⅔ cup rolled oats (70 g / 2.5 oz) – grind into flour
• ¾ cup milk (140 ml / 4.7 fl oz)
• 1 ripe banana
• 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp stevia (or your favorite sweetener to taste)
• A little oil (for greasing the pan)
For chocolate glaze:
• ½ cup sugar-free dark chocolate (70 g / 2.5 oz)
• 2 tbsp warm milk
For decoration:
• Handful of walnuts
Pan:
• Greased with oil + parchment on the bottom
• 180°C (360°F) — 30–35 minutes
Instructions
1. Grind ⅔ cup rolled oats into flour.
2. Mash 1 ripe banana with a fork.
3. Mix oat flour + cocoa + baking powder + stevia + egg + mashed banana + milk.
4. Stir thoroughly until smooth.
5. Grease the pan with oil, line with parchment, pour in the batter.
6. Bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes (toothpick clean).
7. Melt ½ cup sugar-free dark chocolate + 2 tbsp warm milk, stir until smooth.
8. Pour chocolate glaze over the cooled cake.
9. Decorate with chopped walnuts.
10. Brew green tea with a lemon slice and apple pieces.
11. Chill the cake for 20 minutes.
12. Enjoy! Cook this healthy cake for breakfast, eat in moderation with pleasure! 🥰

• Serve cooled – glaze sets and becomes crispy.
• Keeps in the fridge up to 4–5 days.
Tips
• For more sweetness – add extra stevia or erythritol.
• Add ½ tsp cinnamon for extra flavor.
• Calories per slice ≈ 140–180 kcal.
