V reminds us that what is being revealed through the Epstein files is not an anomaly, it is an exposure of patterns long embedded within our societies.
V speaks to how patriarchy is not limited to one man, one institution, or one moment. It is a system that has normalized hierarchy, obedience, and the elevation of gurus, leaders, and powerful figures beyond accountability. These structures, V suggests, create the conditions where abuse can hide in plain sight.
The spiritual and wellness worlds are not immune. When authority is idealized and questioning is discouraged, silence can become part of the culture itself.
V reflects that none of this is surprising when viewed within the longer arc of history. Systems built on domination and inequality have repeatedly enabled harm, especially toward women and marginalized people. The current moment does not represent a sudden rupture, but a deep pattern becoming harder to ignore.
Her words invite a difficult but necessary inquiry:
What has been normalized for too long?
What structures continue to protect power rather than people?
What does accountability require from all of us?
