Putulin ang ugat ng enoki mushroom at bahagyang paghiwalayin para magamit mamaya. 2️⃣ Ihanda ang sarsa: pagsamahin ang 1 tbsp sarsa ng sacha, 1 tbsp sarsa ng talaba, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp asukal, 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce, kaunting puting paminta, kaunting langis ng sesame, kaunting chicken stock powder, at 160 ml mainit na tubig. 3️⃣ Igisa ang shallot, luya, at bawang hanggang maging mabango, idagdag ang enoki mushroom, ilatag ang manipis na hiniwang baka sa ibabaw, ibuhos ang inihandang sarsa sa baka, takpan ang palayok, at lutuin sa medium heat ng 2–3 minuto. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________
