My husband’s favorite dessert! 🥕 For the Pie: • 70 g (¾ cup / 2.5 oz) oats (ground) • 70 g (¾ cup / 2.5 oz) almond flour • 2 eggs • 2 tbsp yogurt • 50 g (¼ cup / 1.7 oz) apple pulp (½ small apple) • 50 g (¼ cup / 1.7 oz) banana pulp (½ banana) • 80 g (¾ cup / 2.8 oz) grated carrot (1 small carrot) • 1 tsp baking powder • 2 tbsp erythritol • 1 tsp cinnamon • 2.5 tbsp dried cranberries • Almonds (toasted and chopped into large pieces) for garnish • Pumpkin seeds (toasted) for garnish • Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 35–40 minutes in a 16 cm × 11 cm (6.2 in × 4.3 in) pan For the Cream: • 3 tbsp yogurt • 2 tbsp maple syrup For Vitamin Tea: • A piece of ginger • A few slices of dried kiwi • 2 tbsp hibiscus tea • 1 liter boiling water (steep for 10 minutes) Serving and Storage • Serve the pie warm, savoring its nutrition and care for your health. • Store in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days. • Serve the tea hot, enjoying its aroma.
