牛奶280~300克(1+1/4杯+2大勺~~1+1/2杯)

夾餡:
黑芝麻(炒香的)120克(20大勺)
奶粉40克(16小勺)
融化的無鹽黃油50克(10小勺)
煉乳60克(3大勺)
全蛋液20克(4小勺)
表面的酥粒:
無鹽黃油5克(1小勺)
細砂糖5克(1小勺)
低筋麵粉10克(4小勺)
麵包第二次發酵好以後,表面刷全蛋液再撒酥粒
烤箱預熱15分鐘後
用180°C 烘烤30~35分鐘
(注意)中途第20~25分鐘左右,可以根據麵包表面上色情況,蓋上鋁箔紙烘烤,避免表面上色過重。

After the bread has risen a second time, brush the surface with beaten egg and sprinkle with streusel.
Preheat the oven for 15 minutes, then bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.
(Note) Around the 20th to 25th minute, depending on the browning of the bread surface, cover it with aluminum foil to prevent it from browning too much.
